All right, guys. So now we’re going to work our whole leg. That’s right, our quads and our calves. We don’t want to forget about the bottom part, right? So we’re gonna to do a little dance called, “The Bobby Brown.” Now I know what you’re thinking, it’s not that crazy and it’s really easy to do. Okay?
So you start with your feet shoulder width apart, toes pointed forward. Everyone do a little hop, but don’t do that cheerleader hop, a little hop to the right. One, and then bring it back. Then gonna do the same thing to the other side. Two, and then bring it back. Now notice that which way my toes are pointing, is the same way my body is going, and I got a little bend in my knees. ‘Cuz this, that’s not going to work. But this, gives you control, and…
